Hey people, I have just downloaded a background that is not mine. How can i use it in my story without claiming it is mine?

Just say when you use it that you don’t know who made it but shout out to them.
I know who made it. But when i upload it to episode to be able to use it i have to claim that it’s mine, so do i just tick that and shout them out in my story?

I’m stressing because this is my first episode story and i don’t want to do anything i shouldn’t have done and get in trouble, probably sounds stupid.
