Is your overlay like exactly in the centre? 'cause the point where it rotates around might not be at the centre and thus why it’s moving like that.
I’ll have to ask cause i wasnt the one that uploaded the ols

If you open the art catalog and open overlays you might be able to gauge if you enlarge it

It might be because of the second rotation that’s done in 0. Could be wrong
