I only just saw this because the thread got bumped lol and yes. He was fully clothed in business attire. The same cover got approved without the tie. (lol 6 months later and you probably don’t need an answer anymore 
but I hate not replying)
It seems like recently they’ve cracked down on this again because some covers that must have slipped through the cracks the first time have since been reviewed and rejected.
