Does anybody know the overlay used this in this scene !?

Yes ! This is a white background overlay. It’s easy to do. You’ll need to have the white overlay at about half opacity and it will need to be layered over the character that you want to be out. The character that you want in its natural light would need to be layered over the white background overlay.
