Adding an LGBT option to my story

Hello, I’m writing a story called Falling For Bad.
(Details if anyone’s intrested, here are some details : Promoting my story, promote your story here too!)
My story, has two boy lover options, but I was thinking when I finish the story, to add a Lesbian option.

Should I do that? (Remember I’ll add this option AFTER my story is finished)

I can’t add this option right now, because I’m already working hard in my story.

Also, any ideas of what names to use on the Lesbian version?
My boy lover options are called Ace and John.

maybe you could set one name as a permanent name and keep one name as the readers choice

I will also change a few scenes, I support LGBTQ, even though I’m straight, and I know that there are people out there who won’t enjoy the story because of their preference.
