and I love the eyes
Some pointers:
Instead of airbrushing white on the clothes as a highlight, you should blend a lighter shade of the color your highlighting.
Add much more shading and highlights to the skin
Maybe add some emotion to the character? It doesn’t have to be a default pose (just a suggestion)
