I think you should improve in shading the hair because I think it looks a little out of place since the face is shaded and the hair is not so much…

That’s really good! I would just say blur the bg and shade a bit more on the hair, but other than that it looks amazing!

It’s good for a beginner, but you need to change your size in brush, improve your eyelash skills, work on the hair shading & face shading/contour/highlight (also includes blush), the mouth, the eyes, and also how clean your lines are.
