The problem is that anatomically speaking, the breast is just one part of your chest.
Women and men both have breast glands within the chest. Which is why men can, though it is rare, still get breast cancer.
To pretend that breasts don’t exist now, in my opinion, is ridiculous.
As for Mr and Mrs. Potato Head, maybe they should just add a non-binary Potatohead.
