Opinions on new gender-neutral rules

I mean this is not something I am enraged about even though I was brought up with Mr potato head. I thought they would just include a new potato head to the family and make it gender-neutral. I saw a few months ago when they must have been “testing” it out since my sister got a toy that just said potato head. I was confused at first but this is what they were trying out. I mean as much as I like Mr potato head it is not something to get upset and blame gen z for. I bet you haven’t even played with it in years so why do you really care. Why does making things more exclusive make people act like babies throwing their toys out the pram? And as for the other ones it is not something I have heard of before this post so it must not be effect in the UK unless it is I just have never heard of it. I will still call my mum my mum and my dad my dad. Idk it just seems like something so cold. Like if you in a mood with them you would say that. I wouldn’t use it unless someone told me that is what they would rather be known as. If I am calling my parents anything different it will be a*shole 1 and a-shole 2.
