In my story, I have 4 episodes done so far , and I use blood overlays twice. Should I include a choice at the beginning of the story to view a version of the story without blood overlays? If I don’t, should I add a trigger warning before each overlay?
I did a similar thing with flashing lights in my story. I used a flag to ask at the beginning of the chapter the first time it came up and then a readerMessage triggered by the flag to say when it happened so readers still know what happens.
