Hey I was wondering if anyone else the same issue, Where you change the character outfit and then next time, the character is not wearing anything or a completely different outfit?

If the character is not wearing anything it might be a glitch. Then you have to close the app and re-open it again, I think.
If the character wears a different outfit, you can try remembering choice (if, elif, else)
