Whenever I open the ‘outfit’ section, instead of a preview with the character wearing the outfit, the screen is blank like this (Extreme right)
I restarted my computer 3 times and even opened it in a new tab but its still the same. Can someone help me?

I’m not going to be very helpful here, but this has happened to me many times before. It eventually fixed itself. I never bothered filing support tickets either because that’s too much work for me lol, but since it’s probably a glitch within the portal, filling a ticket might be an option for you!
