I really like doing outline and art contests and have joined a few lately but I can’t seem to find lots. Could anyone give me some contests that are actually open?

Moved to Art Resources since Feature + Art Suggestions is for requests to the development team. Make sure to check out our Forum Tutorial for more info about creating topics, and feel free to PM me if you’ve got questions. 
There aren’t many. You can try cover contests, but people are turning more to art shops.
