Hey, so I seen that people do good outlines & I was wondering how they do it step by step. Can you guys help me?
I have paint tool Sai, Pixar & sketchbook. If you have any recommendations for apps feel free to tell me
I could help you do your outline 
But do you edit or draw using your phone (I have alot of good apps to recommend) or your laptop/computer (I have softwares to recommend also)
