Overlay Error - all script is fine but it doesn’t come up

I code in the overlay and it saves and everything with no errors but while testing my story on the app the overlay doesn’t appear. I’m using a background with only one zone so it can’t be that, can anyone help?

I put: INT. NEWSROOM OL - DAY with DESK OFFICE WOOD to -205 -5 1.000

The background is coming up and all the script looks fine it just literally won’t appear. Does anyone also have this or know what’s going on?

The scale needs to go first.

with DESK OFFICE WOOD to 1.0 -205 -5
