OVERLAY: hand/arm

Hi I was wondering if anybody had an overlay they could share with me of a hand?
The scenario is that the male character is pulling the female character into him by her waist, it is for LL and the skin colour is gold03. If anybody knows where I can access this or similar overlays I would appreciate it :).
