Hi, I know there are lots of threads, but I am unsure if anyone can take a normal image and change it to a PNG

^ Can anyone make this a PNG, and take out the TV (so I can do a news channel in the background?
Honestly, any limo - interior works, I just prefer one where I can zoom onto the TV xD
