Overlay isn’t working

This is my script, but when I play it the overlay appears where it’s not supposed to be. It ends up out of the scene and I keep shifting it back to where I want it to be, but it still goes back when I play it again. Please help!

Maybe try add in zone 2 to the shift and scale
