Overlay Isn't Appearing

hey, so i’m trying to get my overlay to work but it isn’t appearing. this is what i’ve put…

INT. BLACK - NIGHT with MISSING TEXT at layer 1
@overlay MISSING TEXT opacity 1

i’ve tried the overlay with another background and it works fine, but on the one i actually want it doesn’t work
could anyone help me? thank you x

u need to add shift, and scale, I guess

I am probably late, but what zone are you at? I had the same problem.
