when i go on overlay helper it shows the box where its meant to be but it’s not there

Have you just tried previewing it on the web browser or have you previewed it on the phone too?

Saw the mistake!

It is:
@overlay COOKIE opacity 1 in 0

You forgot to add the overlay name
