Overlay moving through different zones help needed asap

I’m having my character in zone 3 with a recording overlay over her, then I want her to walk to zone 2 with the camera following her and the recording overlay stays. how can i do that i tried a lot but im having trouble

  1. Have the overlay shift to zone 2 at the same time your character walks to zone 2

or

  1. You can “glue” the overlay to the screen by using ui instead of the word overlay

@ui OVERLAYNAME create
@ui OVERLAYNAME scales to % %
@ui OVERLAYNAME shifts to x y in zone #
@ui OVERLAYNAME scales opacity 1
