I can’t position my overlay in the portal because it doesn’t move it stays frozen. I don’t know why
Try turning off your laptop then turn your laptop back on or use the moblie previewer
If it still doesn’t work you can submit a support ticket
its not working in the preview either
like it’s not letting me move the overlay. The box outline moves but the actual overlay stays frozen

yes I did. my overlay is not approved yet could that be it?
No, you can still use overlays if they’re still in review. But if they were rejected then that could be the problem
