Overlay question/help

so i want my character to be watching tv but i am wondering how i will do this using my own background

in the tv i wanted EXT. DUPRES PALACE FOUNTAIN - NIGHT

is there a way i could do this ? i want the tv to be where the painting is

Where would you put the tv? And do you already have this approved as an overlay? (sorry I see now where you want the tv)

What I would do is place the TV where you want in the editing program and then just cut the screen out (so basically the whole background would be an overlay) to make sure you can’t see characters legs or when they walk, you can upload the other background as an overlay as well so you can adjust the size to the TV screen.
