Overlay Scales Are All Messed Up

Has anyone else noticed that if you upload an overlay, that is say, 642x1136 (generic iPhone screen size), the overlay will appear HUGE in the preview.
You have to scale it down to 0.009 or something, and then it is nearly impossible to center.

Is this a bug? I don’t remember this always being a problem.

If you send overlays to your computer by email, sometimes it gives you the choices to send your image as; small, Medium, Large or Actual Size. You could choose one of these options so that the image appears smaller.
