Overlay Script Error, please help!

I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. Anyone that can explain? Here are the coordinates as Episode Portal shows to me:
@overlay 6364756153073664_RANGE ROVER SIDE shifts to -138 93
@overlay 6364756153073664_RANGE ROVER SIDE scales to 3.149 3.149

Change your background to
INT. YACHT PORT with RANGE ROVER at layer 0
Then put the coordinates underneath
