Everything is in it’s correct placing, but is there a way to make it shorter/fit on same line?

oh my that is a lot of coding! if you want it to fit on one line you can just delete the @ sign and add a “and”. for example, @overlay 4963897588973568_INT. you keep doing it continuously and it should work!

Since you added the overlays with the background name, you can also add the scale, shift, zone, and layer numbers with the background name as well with this format:

BACKGROUND NAME with OVERLAY to 1.0 100 100 in zone 1 at layer 1 with OVERLAY2 to 1.0 100 100 in zone 1 at layer 1

That way you don’t take up so many lines with separate shift, scale, and layer commands.

Just note that the scale number is only entered in once, instead of twice

If you’re doing it this way, you need the word “overlay” before the overlay name each time

Just my personal experience… when you put a lot things on one line and make a typo or just mess up the code it is almost impossible to find it. While it is easy on short lines.

While the efect is exactly the same if you use right way & @.

So there is really no need to shorten script with long lines. But it is of cause just matter of personal preferencies :wink::wink::wink:.

Apparently this sentence has an error, but I can’t see where I’ve gone wrong

You can only add “at layer #” to spot direction. If you’re using the “stands” command, you have to use “and CHARACTER moves to layer #”
