Yesterday I found a pretty good picture I would like to use for my intro, so, I uploaded it as an overlay in the overlay section in the portal. However, I read that part about copyright and I was wondering… that image is not made by me, it’s not something original.
What do I do? Can I use it as an overlay and write the credits in my episode story, or I just turn to something else?
I am kinda confused and bummed out…
I think it depends where you got it is it a domain free website? Or…

you make it - than you are sure its 100% free
somebody alse make it - and its markes as royalty free or free for both private and comeerial use -= its again 100% free to use in episode
somebody else make it but it is only for privat use - this one is questionable and is bwtter to not use it since you yourself use it for personal use but the app is comertial so if episode mkes any also thanks to the overlay or the BG than it is not OK - you can ask for permition the owner or you can buy the licence for comertial use if it is offeredand then you can use it.
somebody else did it and requieres credit for using on episode - if the credit is insta name its OK to use (usualy artists who make BG and overlays direcltly for instagram), if the credit is how ever to write down webpage (usually the png pages and similar stuff), than you cant use se it because episode doenst alow adds in form of other webpages.
Alright… so, long story short, which is my case? I am a little confused here 
as you can see in the photo I have posted earlier, it says it is available for commercial use but I need to get the license authorization … So I guess that’s a no?
obviously you have to ubgrade to the premium plan and then you will get the licence for using it = I assume the premium plan is payed = you have to pay to get the licence to use it.
