In some stories, the author makes it look like an object is being thrown at the other character? I can’t figure out of the life of me, how this is done.
It’s probably just a shifting overlay
I have no idea how to do either of those.

x coordinate is where the overlay is placed on the screen horizontally (side to side)
y coordinate is where the overlay is placed on the screen vertically (up and down)
% is the scale size
T stands for time in seconds
# means “number”
