Okay so basically I’m trying to make a story and i want the readers to get a good view of the background while the narrator is speaking, can someone help please?

Use an & symbol to pan while the narrator talks.
Example:
&pan to zone 3 in 6
NARRATOR
Just look at the beautiful scenery.
