Parallel New York city name

Hi, so I’m making a story in a Parallel Universe and I’m making a metropolis (“the capital or chief city of a country or region” or “a very large and busy city” ) and I remembered some of the name made up for metropolis towns in the games and stories I know and I can’t possibly find a name good enough.

Names like GTAs “San Andreas” based on California and Nevada and some of it’s place names were also based on real towns “Los Santos” - based on Los Angeles, “San Fierro” - based on San Francisco, and “Las Venturas” - based on Las Vegas

Mafia II’s Empire Bay is based on 50s New York with places divided just into Manhattan, the rough parts and the family parts, just like the real New York in the 50s

Comic Books’ Metropolis city - New York City

So do you have any suggestions how I should name my city based on New York City and other big cities around America?
