Place the teardrop near the eye of the character.

Using:

@Dara.Amarie

@overlay OVERLAYNAME create
@overlay OVERLAYNAME shifts to x y in 0 in zone #
@overlay OVERLAYNAME scales to % % in 0
@overlay OVERLAYNAME opacity 1 in 0

Then use

@Dara.Amarie

@overlay OVERLAYNAME shifts to x y in zone # in T

@Dara.Amarie

@overlay OVERLAYNAME opacity # in T

Use it one line or with & so fading happens when it dropping down.
