Placing characters ?!

Hey guys I’m I’m new here !, I just need help to know how to have characters look like they are already In the scene without the readers having to look at them randomly popping up !. how do I do that ?!

for example
Here is my script as simple as this :

EXT. BLUE - DAY

    NARRATOR
Episode 3

music music_aggropop
INT. FASHION HALL - DAY

@NABIHA exits left AND NABIHA is walk_scared_loop

INT. SIMPLE LIVING ROOM - DAY
@pan to zone 1
@NABIHA exits left AND NABIHA is walk_scared_loop

EXT. DAD’S HOUSE - DAY
@pan to zone 3

@SARAH stands upscreen right AND SARAH faces left
@NABIHA stands upscreen left AND NABIHA faces right
SARAH (read_phone_neutral_loop)
You ready ?

    NABIHA (dance_wavehands_happy_loop)
YAASSSSSS GURL !

@SARAH exits right
@NABIHA exits right

EXT. BRICK MANSION - DAY
@transition fade in black 3

@pan to zone 1
@pan to zone 2

@DONOVEN spot 0.470 46 246 AND DONOVEN faces left
@JAKE spot 0.452 23 275 AND JAKE faces right
@CHELSEY spot 0.479 210 133 and CHELSEY faces left
@HANSEL spot 0.434 148 279 and HANSEL faces right
@STEVEN spot 0.443 231 293 and STEVEN faces right

I can give different scripts of how I placed the characters to be more clear if this script is vague …

To start, you’re going to need to place the characters before panning to that zone.
Additionally, all the characters will load in at the same time if you use & instead of @

Example:

EXT. BRICK MANSION - DAY
&DONOVEN spot 0.470 46 246 in zone 2 AND DONOVEN faces left
&JAKE spot 0.452 23 275 in zone 2 AND JAKE faces right
&CHELSEY spot 0.479 210 133 in zone 2 and CHELSEY faces left
&HANSEL spot 0.434 148 279 in zone 2 and HANSEL faces right
&STEVEN spot 0.443 231 293 in zone 2 and STEVEN faces right
@transition fade in black 3

@pan to zone 2

Try using the pan directions after your characters are already placed, then the camera should pan to the zone and the characters should already be standing where you want them.
