I have sadly received this before and all stories I had previously read had restored back to when it was last saved. I didn’t submit a ticket, but I wildly suggest you do in order to save your stories :))

Don’t worry much. I get this message and similars almost every day. Wait few minutes, half an hour… and your story will be soon back. With no errors and nothing missing.
No need to contact support. I know it’s annoying, but we have to understand that the Episode server (or servers) are often full and slow, that’s why we also get the error messages mixed.
