Sorry for the confusion it’s 12 months in the uk. I mean that I was 10 months before having one back in August 2020 but then I had another one in December so now I’m 3 months clear.
Do you find these things trigger you? My trigger is stress

No, i dont really have trigger my epilepsi is kinda weird, it only Have happens when i am sleeping.
