I’m so freaking mad I got in touch with the support team about every time I start reading a chapter on the episode app and make far and then I exit off the app and get back on the story disappear and when I found it takes back to the beginning plus I bought unlimited passes

It’s published stories and yeah they just responded and told me to keep it uninstalled until they tell me to reinstall it.

the only option i can think of is contacting the author

How far are you into these stories? If you’re only on the first chapter then the author may have updated it and that automatically puts you back to the beginning of the story. If this is the case then you don’t have anything to worry about, it happens to me all the time. Just remember to add the story to your library and make sure to read the first chapter fully if you can:) This might not be what’s happening though.
