I had to delete my mail and the account on my phone is logged in on that and I gained a lot of diamonds
Now my question is if I logout and enter my new mail am I going to lose everything I gained??

I don’t think so. You’ll probably have to make a new profile, and I’m not sure what will happen if you’ve published stories, but your passes and gems should stay the same.
I don’t know for sure, so don’t go on just what I’ve said. Maybe someone else on here knows.

Well, if it is the same phone it should keep what you have. Like my sister now has 300+ gems on hers because I had logged in on the same device.

I’m pretty sure you would lost it all with an entirely new email.
I used to log in with a different email years ago, but when I changed, it was a clean slate.
Probably better to ask the support team just in case. 
But if it goes wrong, then they might be able to compensate you with gems or something.

It’ll stay the same as long as you use the same device,
I have two mails one of them is work related and I’ve tried switching mails and if the device is the same nothing would happen to your gems and passes
