I am so confused. For my story I would like for the character to input there own name. When I insert the template It just skips right through it. Why is this? Is it one of those things where it wont work for you but will work for the reader? Do I add something or…? Here Is what It looks like on my screen.

Hello, do you mean when you want to preview it doesn’t appear and doesn’t give you the option to type a name?
It does not let me type a name.

Have you tried on the app? I believe it doesn’t always show up on the writer’s portal preview.
You’re correct and it will appear for the reader. When you want to preview it on the Writer’s Portal, it will skip through it. However, when you go to the Episode App and read it there, it will appear and give you the option.
I thought that mite be it I will have to check later. Thank you!

the web previewer doesntet you tybe your name but it works fine in the app
