Please HELP (Zoom help needed sos)

SO every time I try to zoom from the Dad to Rose, the zoom does not go to zone 3, where I have zoomed it to. It just gets smaller and goes stays in zone 1… Here are screen shots in hopes that someone can help me.

If what I wrote doesn’t make sense, let me know and I will try and re-explain it.

You have to pan to zone 3 at the same time you’re zooming
