If I remember correctly, each bracket on the apostrophes are supposed to be a separate line:
tappable
“START”{
#coding here
}
“CUSTOMIZE”{
#coding here
}
“SKIP”{
#coding here
}

If you get that error message but all brackets are there then that means there is an error inside those brackets. Lines 42, 49, and 56 you forgot the @ sign

No you can have them on the same line or on separate lines. Both work.
Odd. Mine started working after I put them on separate lines
