Remove “stands”

From which part?
From the line where you have “@EXTRA 8 stands spot”
You have it there 3 times, you only need “@EXTRA8 spot” and then the coordinates.

Try this:
&EXTRA8 spot 0.659 191 215 in zone 1 AND EXTRA8 faces right
&EXTRA8 moves to layer 4
&EXTRA7 spot 0.569 284 270 in zone 1 AND EXTRA7 faces left
&EXTRA7 moves to layer 1
&EXTRA6 spot 0.605 229 253 in zone 1
&EXTRA6 moves to layer 3
