Just like @Winteronepisode said, first you have to copy the end numbers of the url when you are editing the character. Make sure you copy the number for the character to whom you are adding the points. Next you have to write like this:
NARR
You have [characternumber here] points.
Make sure you give the square brackets [#] around the number.
