I have this problem for some time already.
I use phone or tablet to “code” what I need for edits.
The problem is when I enter the portal and go to the episode 1 to make a script for pose, portal loads for a few seconds and then crashes saying:
“A problem repeatedly occurred on (site).”
It happens in both Google app and Safari.
And it’s not phone’s or iPad’s fault as they work perfectly.
I don’t know what to do. Episode doesn’t help too!
They just wrote to search up the problem on Google. I have literary tried every possible thing!
Please help me!

You’re not the first person complaining about the portal being down. I haven’t been on it yet so I don’t know, but it might be down at the moment.
Honestly, it’s been some months already and the strangest thing that when it’s night for me it crashes immediately even without loading. And I can’t even enter the portal!
happened to me too glad to know im not the only one. i was on it and stopped for a break then went back onto it and stopped working. people kept saying its my internet but its like its not. if its my internet everyone in the house would have there stuff stopped and i wouldn’t have been able to open up any other browsers. Youtube, google etc was working but the portal has stopped its been on and off the past hr for me

its been crashing on my computer
mine works perfectly for my Ipad, maybe try resetting the phone/ipad and refresh the website as my apps crash sometimes and resetting the device helps.
Mine refused to load
My screen was just blank white
it may be the wifi or place youre in maybe tbh as its fine for me
same with mine everything else works
I don’t think it is because everyone using our wifi to watch movies etc were all working perfectly

same here. my dad is on a zoom call and so is my brother. and we dont have cable so we use the internet on the tv to watch tv and thats working fine for us. and according to the app on my phone for checking to see if the internet is working, it says it is and that theres no outages

Idk maybe we should both send a ticket
They won’t do anything other than say make sure to do blah blah blah. I’ve sent them a ticket a while ago before. It happens to me every so often
