Whenever I open the portal and starts to open an episode or write an episode it’s says “problem repeatedly occurred” . It’s been like this for a week now . Idk what to do . I have send tickets to episode too .
Did you try clearing out the catch…!? if that does not help try using Episode Interactive in Chrome if you’re using Safari or other search engines.

I usually use chrome. I also faced the same issue and It got solved by using the different browser, try fire fox too.
Agree, when Chrome acts stupid I go to Firefox or Edge.

Sometimes clearing the site data/cookies on Chrome fixes it but other times it’s just Chrome doing Chrome things idk why Chrome has such an issue with Episode lol

A couple other browsers to try: Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge.
Based on the Writer’s Portal Bug section a lot of people using iphones/ipads are having similar issues with the portal. If swapping through the available browsers doesn’t help, you may have to code on a computer.
I ‘ll try other browsers , but why is episode not fixing it . So many people are facing the same problems, they say portal was made for computer
It kind of is - given the number of assets we have (backgrounds, overlays, sounds, clothing, animations - the way donacode is used/written out) – I am in awe of people who have the patience to code on a cell phone or tablet. I couldn’t do it. lol
I use phone for my edits , I am not an author
Oh okay. I know some editors use their computers to code a basic background and pose then screenshot in the Episode App to make their edits

Maybe that could work for you until Episode figures out what’s going on with their website on mobile. I know that they’ve been getting support tickets but it could take awhile to figure out how to fix since the Portal is so big in terms of assets and the rest of it.

You can also code in several animations and add pauses between them to give you time to screenshot each animation you need for your edits
