I just saw this video. and thought how about we talk about it.
So I will fast sum it up. some artist has gotten angry. and even tried to sue people because they made art in same pose as themself.
You can not own a pose. and you can not steal it

I don’t see how any of those photos are similar, let alone similar enough to accuse of art theft.
I get it, if someone obviously traces your work without permission then changes a few details that’s definitely stealing but that’s clearly not what’s being done here.
It’s literally just two completely different characters drawn in two completely different styles with poses that are somewhat similar. There are hundreds of drawings that look like that
