Exactly, teen pregnancy isn’t a good topic for readers.
They could adapt around your story and yeah.
I have learned a lot from episode stories and how to be a better person and I try to look up towards a character sometimes if I see one that is a really kind and thoughtful MC and there are others that are like that too, but what if a younger reader looks up towards your MC and see’s what teen pregnancy does?
That won’t end well…

Even if you get feedback from somewhere else, majority of the opinions on pregnancy would be the same, with constructive reasons on why they hate pregnancy plots.

It’s okay when represented correctly. I really only like it at the end of the story when my fav couple has a baby or something but I wouldn’t read a story based around pregnancy because it just doesn’t interest me that much.

I don’t have a problem with it myself because as a young teen it doesn’t really affect me. But the problem for people is when they get pregnant for a plot device and they don’t care how it has affected others. Most are ok with it when it is to end a story on a high note but not when the characters are young and the only problem is the judgement from their partner. Pregnant teens have to go through so much more than that. I think readers would prefer to be warned and it to happen because the happy couple wants to start a family.
