For me it’s ok as long as they are “real”, like real life, not only touching stomach and smiling or leasting 9 months… 
P.S. I got pregnant when I was 18. It’s not the end of the world. I also don’t think that my child or pregnancy was disgusting.
Some people are mature, some don’t.
