When I am trying to preview my story, it shows white screen. What should I do? And I have used my own background there.

Is the background fully reviewed? Sometimes it has to be fully reviewed for it to be in use.
No it hasn’t been approved
did u try refreshing it? the button should be fixed. so come out of your script, then go back in to preview.
