I’m having trouble with the preview with the writing portal. It keeps saying “Click the preview button to see your story” with a black background. I’m using Chrome and cleared my cache. What could it also be? Thanks!
After clicking “review” again it usually works. But if not you can submit a support ticket! And the team will fix any bugs and errors!
Having the same problem
it works for me I just have to click twie and always wait for some time…look up just above the preview window if there is not some error…I often got error 11…which I usually gt when I am no slow internet connection…
