Yes I’ve had wifi problems. But its been fixed and everything works except the portal.
It won’t let me preview it. Is it my end or does anyone have any ideas.
I’m just so confused :))

Yeah this has happened to me before. To be honest I just kept spamming the refresh page button until it worked, but maybe try shut down your device? Classic turn it off and on again.

Bump, this is still happening and idk what to do.
I get this sometimes, I also just refresh the page and it usually fixes it.

In that case I would recommend submitting a ticket to support. It’s nothing that you’re doing wrong, just the portal, and they’re your best bet for fixing it!
