Already submitted a help ticket…
Previewer keeps freezing! It works all the way up until I try to use the spot directing tool or some other button on the previewer. Then freezes. I already cleared everything out, logged out and back in, etc. It is not my computer causing this!

yeah, it does that A LOT.

I’ve noticed it especially more since the update. 
And I am having to go through a redo a lot of my spotting due to the update. So this whole freezing thing is NOT helping.
